Terms of Use

By using NAIQ Health AI ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Assistive, non-clinical use only

The Service is an assistive research and educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or medical advice (see the Medical Disclaimer). You agree not to use it as a substitute for professional medical judgment or as the sole basis for any health decision.

2. Eligibility & responsible use

• You will use the Service lawfully and only with images you are authorised to process.
• You will de-identify images before uploading and will not upload another person's identifiable health data without a lawful basis and consent.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, overload, or use the Service to build a competing dataset without permission.

3. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAIQ Health Tech is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service, including any clinical or health outcome.

4. Intellectual property

NAIQ, the NAIQ marks, and the Service interface are the property of NAIQ Health Tech. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

5. Changes & termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
